O2 revived itself?
Been chasing a check engine light for B2S2 (Cali spec) since last summer. The sensor is frozen up good in the pipe and will need lots of heat to remove it. That's why I haven't bothered with it.
The light does go out from time to time, only to reappear in just a day or 2.
About 3 weeks ago it went off again. I was due for inspection so I ran the car to the MV center hoping the code wouldn't come back or be stored as pending. Went right through!
Fast forward 3 weeks, still hasn't set the CEL on, even went on a descent trip the other day, no light. I know the bulb works, comes on when I turn the key on. Did the o2 come back to life once again?
I'm probably going to bring bad karma posting this....
