well i read threw some forums on there and seen people seem to have same problem as mine sometimes i can feel like vtec kick in and other times just falls flat on its face when i rev my car up some on cold it dont budge and when its warm it doesent budge i can move it freely by hand but can i just take it out or what i have no emissions testing or nothing here so any ideas like pros or cons?

The swirl valves are activated from idle to 3000 rpm's when the engine is operating cold.
Once it's at operating temperature, they are open all the time and have no real effect on engine performance.
To remove them, buy a fed spec intake manifold.
