Replace all 6 Fuel Injectors at once?

Hey org. For the last 6 months I've had two injectors fail (cylinders 1 and 3)within a few months of each other and I'm starting to misfire again. I'm not yet sure if another fuel injector is the issue or not. I don't remember if I remember reading somewhere that it is recommended to replace all 6 injectors at once because each injector will fail one after another after the first fails. So what do you guys think? Should I replace the remaining 4 if my problem this time is another failing injector?

Keep in mind my odometer is at 233,xxx. Thank you in advance.

They are all the same age and have had the same quality fuel through them. If in fact you have a third injector gone bad then yes, I would replace all.

Generally I believe if it ain't broke, don't fix it. But with a 50% failure rate already, I would do it and call it preventative maintenance.

Thank you for the feedback. That is probably what will end up happening if this problem turns out to be an injector again.

I have 328,000 and one of the rear injectors starting to work on and off intermittently. I tried buying a rail from the classifieds to swap and it worked for a while until I got codes P0171 and P0173 which I knew was the injectors. Had the dealer do a cleaning but still persists so I put back original set and just started rebuilding entire rail. Removed all 6 injectors and now buying them back from the dealer in pairs until I get all 6. I am about to get my second set.
