S14 suspension fitting a 4th gem maxima

I know some S14 suspension fits 4th gen maxima. I have a friend selling a set of struts and lowering springs, I would like to know, what if any would fit my 4th gen. If only the springs fit, that would be fine for me. Maxima parts are rare in my area, so this is the best I can get.

Thanks

Before this thread gets out of hand, let me stop you.

You have asked a complicated question, yet it has a very simple answer, with that answer being:

No.

So I bet you're thinking well hell I know the ball joints are the same, why not the rest of the....

Don't even think about it.

Ball Joints, Tie Rods, and various small components may interchange, but the larger more crucial stuff, no, not even close.

Happy Modding.

Even if the springs fit, they might ride funky simply because they were designed for that weight of the vehicle. Not only that but also the spring rates will be different because one car is FR and one is FF and therefore the weight distribution is really different.

maxima springs from a different year will be a better match

Look for parts on here, that's what classified are for. Most if not all guys on here are worth the wait and paypal. You can always dispute if things go south. Take it easy.

Just in case you missed it...

Just because it fits doesn't mean it will work, I could explain why but in short this falls under the category of... "If you have to ask, then you can't/shouldn't do it"

So simply put, it is a No.
