ECU Mapping

Hello. I don't have many posts, but I am a frequent user of this website. I have used the search tool on this forum and on Google, but I cannot find ECU maps for the 4th Gen. I ordered the OBD II USB cable from Amazon and I downloaded the free TunerPro software. I want to be able to use the software to tune my stock ECU. I have a '99 SE Auto...I know. I currently have a 3" exhaust and a CAI installed, so what would be the right map for my setup?

Something on the lines of an AEM, Greddy E-Manage, etc.

You can't tune the stock ecu, it can be reprogrammed from places like Jim Wolf Technologies. In the boosted forum here there is a thread on Nistune that is now available for our ecus. Other than that you would have to tune by piggyback like with an aem fic, safc, or emanage.
