Airbag and ABS lights on dash
Airbag and ABS lights on dash
Hi all,
I've attempted to search the org but cannot seem to come across any good active links.
My car seems to have a solid ABS light (which I think may be a wheel sensor) and a blinking Airbag light which I'd like to diagnose.
Any links I find mentioning a FSM all seem to be dead links. Would any one happen to have information as to how I can reset or trace these issues?
Much appreciated in advance!

The air bag might be the connector under the passenger seat, it's for the side impact bags. You could also try the reset by depressing the door light switch more then 12 times in less then 5 or 10 seconds.

Make sure the connections are secure. Take them apart and look for any corrosion, clean them up if necessary. 99's and I30's with Leather have side impact bags in the seat backs. The connectors are under the seats and for some reason the passenger side seems to be a problem spot.
