Question about setting base idle for 00vi swappers with 5th gen tb and iacv...

I have an idle issue with my 2001 engine swap. When coming to a stop or pressing in the clutch, my idle frequently falls below 500 rpms for an instant and then back up to 1000 rpms. The idle is set high to try to fix my problem but it isn't helping much. The idle is perfect after it rebounds from dropping. I am using the 5th gen throttle body and iacv. I read where some people have suggested setting the base idle. Is the procedure for setting the base idle on the 5th gen tb the same as setting it on the 4th gen (warm up car, turn car off, unplug brown plug on tps, start car and adjust the screw on throttle body to desired rpm, reconnect tps plug) and if this is the correct procedure, is the screw for the throttle stop the correct one to adjust? I don't see any other screws around the throttle body to adjust. Did anyone else with this setup have similar issues and what did you do to fix it?

I have the same issue with mine. When I slow down I have to put it in neutral and blip the throttle right when it falls below 1500rpm. But if my rpms are already below like 2k then it will go to idle normally.
