Usually when a heater blows cold air when the engine is idling, the The coolant level in the radiator is low. When the engine is cold, take the radiator cap off and check. The radiator should be completely full, no air space.

Does the engine temperature gauge indicate normal operating temp? Is the coolant level correct If so, then you probably have a clogged heater core. A cooling system flush may be in order.

I will check the coolant level when it cools off, and for the gauge, it doesn't work properly, it hasn't since I got the car, it flicks back and forth between all the way down and half way up...

Temp gauge goes all the way cold and back to normal.... Does this mimick what the heat does?

Check the electrical connector on the ECT sensor, the one furthest away from the block. That's the one for the gauge.

Just finally got around to checking the radiator and yes it is low on coolant, I will go to advance auto after work and get more and see if that does the trick

Don't forget to put some coolant in the overflow tank and keep checking it for several days when the engine is cold before starting it
