Recently replaced pads/rotors, getting rubbing noise when I drive down the street

I bought a set of powerstop zr1 brake pads and rotors. I installed all 4 rotors and brake pads but I'm getting that soft brake pad against rotor sound when I drive down the street. Purged the old brake fluid and replaced with new fluid after the install but still getting that sound. Could the calipers be shot?

Did you bed the pads in correctly? New brakes can make some noise until the pads and rotors are matted correctly.

I followed the break in instructions that came with the pads and rotors if that's what you mean.
