1999 California Spec ECU question

Hey guys, I have a 1999 California spec maxima and I shorted out the ecu now the car wont start. I've been looking on eBay for a new ecu and havent been able to find one with a matching serial number because my car had a re manufactured computer in it. The serial number on the unit is A18-111 ZB7k . Is there any way to convert the car to federal specs? I know my car has swirl valves, California o2 sensors, ect but I was wondering what the pin out for a California ecu is. Would I be able to hard wire a fed spec ecu in? Are the wiring harnesses different? Any input would help, thanks guys

I have a 99 cali max and i have a 98 fed spec ecu that id like to swap in but not sure what the pin and cable diff is. If i can find out how to do it, u could have my 99 ecu which will work without doubt. Ill sell it for a reasonable price

I have a .pdf file with the pinouts for the 95 through 99 ECU. It has the differences between the 95 - 98 and the 99 highlighted.

PM me an e-mail address and I'll send it to you.
