anyone hear of running rsx springs in the front for a nice drop

Found this CL ad for a really nice 4th gen and he's running rsx springs in the front and gs springs in the rear (what ever that means) i personally want coils I'm just curious about this mod

I heard that if you put OEM Civic springs in our cars, they drop nicely too.

I heard these things called over coils or something are supposed to lower them very nicely. I don't know what the idea is for that. Something about panties falling off?
