manual vs. auto ecu

So recently I converted my 96 auto maxima to a manual . But I seem to keep receiving the trans codes p1760,p0745,and I think the other one is p740....but im curious to know if in order to eliminate these codes I have to use a manual ecu...any suggestions on what I need to do?

Just get a '96 5spd ECU. You can even use a '95.
