96 maxima stuck in park
my daughters 96 maxima is very hard to get out of park.this has been a great car any ideas

check if the brake lights work, could be a faulty brake light switch

Bad shifter cable? Had one burn on an 89 Jetta due to an oil leak hitting an exhaust leak in the right spot.
