All That Order Diamond Cut Bumper Lights Read This

Good news everyone, I got a phone call from my supplier in California a few days ago, he said that all the diamond cut bumper lights have arrived. There is 1000 sets that arrived in the US from Japan and all are coming to me. All of you that are waiting for your sets will have them soon. Their is a huge truck that is in transit right now delivering all of them to me. The day after I receive them, they will be shipped out to everyone that is waiting. Currently their is over 600 people that are waiting for them, and some people have been waiting as long as early September. The delay was because the manufacturer had to redesign the mould because of water leaking problems. That took several months then once they arrived in the US they sat in customs for about 6 weeks.
Thanks for all your patience,
Greg

Now back to this water leaking problem, does that mean anyone who purchased theirs prior to this new mold have defective lights?

I've had my diamond cuts from Greg in for several months now...I noticed, like Greg said, that the mold wasn't so "precise"...so I bought some clear silicone and ran it around the edges to prevent water getting in. Problem solved.

You know on the corner lights where the clear plastic lens attaches to the solid plastic housing piece that you plug the bulb into? Well, that housing didn't exactly line up with the edge of the lens too well . It wasn't bad, but definitely noticeable. I just bought some clear silicone (weatherproof kind for about $5) and squeezed it into the gap...then sort of wiped my finger across the edge of the gap to smooth it out. It's not noticeable after re-installing it...actually now the corners sit in the bumper recess better...it's a tighter fit with the silicone residue all around the edges.

not all 1000 sets have been sold...yet.

multiply "is over 600 people that are waiting for them" by $37 w/o shipping (or $38 forgot the actual price before he raised the price)600 x $37 =EST $22200.

Not all people that purchased the older mould diamond cut bumper lights will have water leakage, just some. And that some is enough for the manufacturer to fix the problem.

I think one of you asked about the SMC shifter....it turns out that good old SMC has gone out of business. They made a nice product too!!!

Greg, although I orderd mine many, many months ago, I still have not used them. May I trade these in for the new 'leak free ones'? Please let me know. Thanks.

What do rims have to do with clear bumper lights?

Fast N Furious part II?

Maybe we should jack the truck Fast N Furious style. 4 black Maximas surround the semi, front Maxima bows and arrows the windshield. Don't go riding under the truck though

j/k

I think greg is going to ship all the back ordered ones first, that might take him a while. I ordered mine months ago, so I should get them before you
