Whirling / Whirring noise turning left or right

At almost full lock to full lock going either left or right I hear a whirling noise from the front left wheel and it might even be coming from the right one as well. It's a soft whirling noise and not low in frequency with no grinding noise either. It almost sounds like a rubbing noise, but I can't find any rubbing evidence on either wheel well. I want to say it's a wheel bearing...but I've never actually diagnosed one of these noises before even though I've heard it on other vehicles as well.

lol, figured it out...it's the outer rubber cv axle boots expanding and contracting and the rubber folds are rubbing on each other...sounds different when it's moving fast..almost like gears moving/winding.
