i replaced the trans at 180,000, motor is original. did the front and rear valve cover seals and spark plug tube seals and the plenum 2 years ago. also, just did new k&n air filter, fuel filter, oil change with napa gold filter, seafoam treatment, injector treatment. she runs as good as she looks.

Even the snow pic is clean! I'm gonna sprinkle some dirt on that thing at the next Valley Forge meet and snag a pic.

How do you discover the production date? Is it part of the VIN? I also noticed a 4-number series printed on the door near the VIN.

It's in the door jamb, on the decal in there.

Think mine will be 19 in April or may of this year, she just turned over 250,000 miles 2 days ago, I've owned her for 2 years of its life, and she still loves interstate highways, I believe everything is original, except things I've replaced. What a great car, still have sum maintenance to catch up on but still a wonderful car.

95 here. 186k miles. Loving it still. Had it since 2000 with 66k. Congrats. It's been ultra reliable minus normal wear and tear and 2 transmissions. Now with 2001 tranny so should be good.Original motor that still pulls! Had no problems keeping up with my friends 2006 Cayman S this past weekend.
