P1335 code help please
Hey guys, changed my oil yesterday, after finishing i put the key in the ignition and went to start the car as usual, the car is turning over but it is cranking a lot faster then usual and cranking for about 5 seconds before it fires up. The car through a p1335 CEL code. Today went out cleaned the wiring harness to the crank position sensor and replaced the sensor it self. Car still not starting right and still gives me the p1335 code every time I fire up my car even if I clear the code. Battery is brand new, sensor and harness are good, and starter is about a year and a half old. The car runs fine when started and ran fine before I changed the oil. I'm stuck any help would be appriciated

The p1335 code refers to the sensor CKPS (REF) that is mounted on the oil pan by the oil filter. It is used to determine top dead center for spark timing. If this sensor is bad, the engine will still start, but it will crank longer before starting.
Is this the sensor you replaced?
The other sensor, CKPS (POS) is checks the flywheel. If that sensor is bad, you get a P0335 code and the car won't start.
