Grounding 1998 maxima vtc's

I just need to know how to ground the VTC's on my 1998 nissan maxima. Any help would be much appreciated.

Must have an exotic 4th Gen Maxima....VQ30DE doesn't have VTC...That's wishful thinking though!

Identify where it's coming from! you can remove all the drive belt too ensure it's not a bad tensioner bearing, or altenator, or a/c compressor....If you clacking still exist look into checking your tensioner behind the access cover closest to the powersteering pump!
