ABS self-diagnose info doesn't match actual car

The page in this PDF shows a diagram that looks like the fuse box inside the dash on the passenger side. BUT ... my car's fuse box does not have the "Data link connector for CONSULT" as shown.
What I want to do is the ABS self-diagnosis procedure but I can't because I can not locate the appropriate terminal to ground while testing.
Has anybody any experience of this? I checked the FSM for the 95 and 96 and 97, they are identical.

Maybe the connector became detached from the fuse block and is hanging down somewhere?

Hey, yes! I found it crammed in behind there, it's obviously supposed to be fixed on to a little steel mounting bracket. Thanks for that!!
