hi i have a 1999 nissan maxima and i am having problem with the anti theft system nats injectors wont fire i bought a key programmer tool and when i plug it in it sade ecu disconnected can i just swap a 1995 ecu in with the engine wiring harness to get the car running do i have to change the bcm too and does the ecu have to be program

Is your security light on? If it is you're gonna have to bring it in to the dealership, If it isn't It's something else. Does it crank?

Replace the fuel pump relay with a jumper between the black/white and black/yellow wires. Easy peasy.

the fuel pump is working i dont have injector pulse i swap in the 1995 ecu and still have no injector pulse does the 1995 ecu have to be program

Fuel injector timing is controlled by the camshaft sensor.
Did you check for any error codes with a scanner before you swapped ECU's?
I think you have a common sensor failure, not an ECU gone bad...
