Have you compared it with the driver door?

might have to get window motor regulator , thats what i had to replace when my rear driver side mirror did not go up or down. the mirror just fell down as i was driving. and had to repair it the next day as i cant have a open window in my car anywhere.

You probably have a bad motor. The final drive gear inside the motor breaks, so the motor itself works, but the gear doesn't turn.

If you buy a regulator, you will get a new motor. But you can also buy just the motor itself and about one third the price.

If you hear the motor its probably the regulator. You can buy them both for about $30 on ebay.

Not true. If the wire on the regulator is not broken, it is the gear inside the motor.
