Drove over water in street, codes pop up, car stalling

So like the title says this morning I was heading home, and I ran threw a small amount of water that put a little bit of drag on the car, and once I got to a stop light I notice that the car was idling funny, and then it stalled right in the middle of the street (Embarrassing) since I bought my car, and fixed all the engine codes it has been fine, but before I tell you guys the codes you should know that I ran into a puddle like this before, the car did idle funny but didn't stall, and at that point I was driving for a good 15 mins after I had hit that puddle long ago, and I didn't get a code, and everything just went back to normal, I always check my car for codes whenever it starts acting funny because my Bluetooth thingy is always plugged in so I check it on the fly from my phone, this time I hit the water like 2-blocks from my house, and it stalled right around the corner from my house, and again when I was parking, then I checks, and got these codes p1335, and p0440... I'm thinking that this is because a little water got somewhere it's not suppose to, and if I had drove a bit more it would have went back to normal, but I wanna know if this will cause a problem, and what cause this to happen, the first time the driver wheel hit the water, this time it was the other wheel, the passenger wheel is missing the splash shield

P.S my car starts, but it's just idling as if it's going to stall...

What are your mods? Hopefully you don't have an Injen intake. If so, that's your problem right there.

The p1335 code refers to the sensor CKPS (REF) that is mounted on the oil pan by the oil filter.

p0440 is an EVAP code

You likely got water in the crank position sensor e-connector.

Not sure how water has effected the EVAP system but here's some guidance:

All I'm running is a short ram air, and a aftermarket cat back, none of them is close to where the water splash

Ok, good. Then investigate the CKPS sensor as mentioned above.

Update:

The car starts up fine now, and drives like it always has, I cleared the codes, and they have yet to pop back up, so I guess some water got into some places then dried out, thank god it wasn't something major... Thanks for the help guys

for the CPS sensor. Not just the sensor itself but the wiring dont leave this unfixed
It will continue to happen or get worse. The sensor sits right by the oil pan and the wiring goes right under ur oil filter... 10-15 years of oil changes gettinng oil all over these wires tend to cause them to break ... Just a tip man i had this issue and its not fun when your car stops starting lol its very easy to diagnose... If its the sensor itself get the oem sensor... Dont get a crappy autozone sensor

First, take out sensor and clean it as best as possible then test the sensor if it checks out good when u test it than ur issue is most likely the connector or somewhere in the wiring. Try cleaning the connector real good and visually check the wire for breaks look very carefully at the wiring. When this was my issue, my wiring looked great as the connector to. But the red wire had a break that was very hard to notice

would this send a code, because I have no codes before, and after the car went back to normal?

If somethjng is causing that sensor to fail u will get the code when it fails. I dont know why it is intermittently failing and working for you. Thats strange but i would check the connector and wiring because when the sensor is failing the code will come back
