Shimmy

Installed 2 new lower control arms complete with ball joint and bushings, outer tie rods fairly new too. Steering wheel continues to wiggle a little with a slight drift to the right. I don't want to do an alignment without getting rid of the wiggle but can't determine what's causing it. Tires are well treaded and don't appear to be wearing wrong. Any ideas?

Belt shift in the tires or warped rotors. try rotating tires.
