Should I upgrade "STRUTs" or replace?
So ever since I got my car I've been meaning to upgrade my struts, and that time as come sooner than expected, my right wheel hit a bump, and it would start making this shaking sound whenever I would go threw a bad patch of road, at first I thought it was my glove box that was broken, but I jacked it up, and check the wheel, it was spinning at 9 and 3 o'clock so I looked at my lower control arm, it wasn't moving so I looked up threw the spring, and say that the middle piece going all the way up was spinning, and I'm pretty sure this is what's making the sound, maybe something broke or it's just done, weeks before I would hear that same strut squeaking, so I wanted to know if I should get stock struts, and 4 lowering aftermarket springs or just go back to fully stock, or go fully aftermarket if that's possible, I will consider all prices so I'm not really on a budge

A few items to consider when estimating the cost of a suspension upgrade is:
1) Strut Mount Kit with Bearings (Front)
2) Strut Bushings (Rear)
3) Bellows
4) Spring Seats - Insulators
5) Lower Control Arm Bushings (depends on condition)
6) Sway Bar End Bushings and/or Links (depends on condition)
7) Any ball joints that appear to be worn.
I start a suspension refresh project by purchasing all of the above items, then I start looking for a deal on struts.
If have extra money left over after purchasing all of the "base suspension infrastructure" items, then I look into some lowering springs that are not so low that they cause other suspension wear issues.
I've purchased Tokico Blues (purchased from eBay) for the I30 and KYB AGX Adjustable Struts (purchased from Summit Racing) for the Maxima 5-Speed. The Blues actually provide a firm ride without being too harsh for around town driving while the AGX adjustable struts allow the ride to be changed to extra firm for AutoX to a softer ride for around town driving. While I have no personal experience with the product, I see www.rockauto.com has a sharp price on a strut named SenSen. I see some reviews on here about SenSen struts. I have read the ride is somewhere between a Tokico Blue and a Monroe.
I usually buy suspension refresh parts from RockAuto or AdvanceAuto (usually Moog) with a 40% or 50% off coupon that I find by searching for Advance Auto Coupons.

Besides the usual "what's the best intake" thread...."what's the best way to lower my car" is probably the second most discussed topic here. Plenty of threads for you to research and read

If you want to lower it and totally change the ride and handling, then listen to the Wizard.
If you want to bring the car back to the factory like new ride, throw a set of Monroe SensaTrack Quick Struts in all around.
