97 Clearance light LED bulbs - 1156 or 1157 for "brighter" mod
I currently have the clearance light mod for brighter incandescent bulbs in my clearance lights but wanted to get some high-power LEDs to better match my HID projectors and better illuminate the sides of the road.
My question is since my 97 only runs those lights at one brightness setting, will an 1156 LED pull whatever wattage it needs or should I get an 1157-base LED bulb and do the "remove the nub" and flip mod?
On a similar note - anyone know how to have the clearance lights always on (for use as DRLs)?
