Major Suspension / Brake noise

Major Suspension / Brake noise
About a month of 2 ago I pulled up in a small drive thru, with my radio down, and I could hear like a spring or something like that making a loud sound whenever I let go the brakes, and apply it, so I know it's the brakes, the next thing is, whenever I decide to take off from a red light hard then I should, I would hear like a crack or something like that, it started happening right after I had my Lower Control Arm replace, and I would hear the same sound in the back then I pull off, and the back of the car would drop back, then I keep getting a bumping sound around the passenger side suspension area, it would sound like it's coming from under the hood, but I know there's nothing other the hood that would be making that sound, and it started happening after I ran over a ramp on the highway around about 30-40 mph, on top of that I was told by my mech that (something link) that's the best I could come up with it, the name ends with Link, that's all I remember, and he said I should replace that the day I was doing the control arm, so I hope you guys could help me out, appreciate it.
P.S will any of this be able to get replace with basic hand tools, if I do buy parts to replace?

Check the pin rod going through the lca bushing. a few turns on the bolt and u should be good. U should re tourque every thing on the lca after a few days of driving on a new one. I just got through with this issue if it got loose or something it will cause a bit of play in the arm and causing your noises. Hope this helps!

I see, I did read somewhere on the org that users say it's better if you push down on the car so everything can set before you tighten everything up, someone stole my tool set out my car so Ima have to buy a new one, it sucks not having any form of tools to work with, but I will do that, it does sound like something is lose
