car misses when warm

Hello Everyone,

i have a 95 maxima with 106K on it, Auto.

my car misses when rpms are around 1900 or when i am in drive or reverse and hold the break for a while after it warms up. this is what i have done so far

tested all 6 coils, 2 were suspect, replaced with new nissan oem
new pcv valve (original was in)
egr valve was replaced a year ago
egr SOLINOID valve was replaced a year ago
no vaccum leakes were found
cleaned and oiled K and N air filter (was not dirty)
cleaned throttle body and part of intake manifold, there was a thick black residue all over
cleaned MAF with MAF cleaner
pulled sparks and found they were warn and engine was lean, replaced with new and checked gap, car ran for a while perfect then returned.
stethascoped 5 injectors, all clicked and worked
tested out front 3 injectors, readings were identical
changed 2 of three o2 sensors (will finish this weekend, ran out of time)
radiator got changed in march, it was leaking bad, i also replaced the thermostat and noticed that the temp gauge started to work again.

after all this the car ran WORSE, i put injector cleaner in 1/4 tank and filled up. now im 1/4 tank and car runs slightly better than when i started this, but not by much.

at this point im running out of ideas. anyone know what i can do next?
i plan to take the whole manifold off one day and clean it or, or just seafoam it depending on how i feel and run injector cleaner through it again.

i did notice the fuel filter looks original. i am ordering a 300sx one and will put it in this weekend to see if it helps. im guessing 19 years for a fuel filter is pushing it.

the whole time i have never got a code for anything. a month ago i replaced the downstream o2 sensor but drove around without it for a week, i got the sensor code and knock sensor code after 30 miles. both went away after i put it in a reset it.
