E-brake Adjustment?

I've tried looking everywhere in the forums I can't seem to find information though. Is there anyway to adjust the e-brake handle, no resistance when it's being pulled up...

Download the Service manual in my signature. adjustment should be at the brake handle.

It's a 10mm deep 1/4 drive just inside the e Brake boot!

The e-brake cover has snaps in the front. Unsnap them. The adjustment bolt is just behind it. Lower the handle. Then tighten the nut. Pull handle up. Repeat as needed.
