weird signaling issue....

i believe that the stalk might have a loose wire, but i'm not sure. i noticed the flasher flashing real fast on the right hand side and thought that the bulb might be out.
went outside to see if it was front or rear and saw that the front was'nt flashing. switched from right to left and it stopped, it only happens randomly which is why i think there's a loose wire in the stalk.
or maybe the bulb is loose, i noticed that the rear brake light ( middle ) does'nt light up bright red when i hit the brakes but is on for the running lights?? wiring issue related somehow to this>> thoughts?
