Just picked up a 98 max blk/blk SE 5 speed, what I thought was a all ready turns out not to be car is a 98 (8/97 build) with what looks to be a 99 Calif Motor in it (has swirl valve) getting various codes that I didn't expect (since the previous owner has removed the SES bulb was wondering if I can run it with the actuator blocked off (how I bought it) and get by or will I need to swap the entire intake to a 98 US emissions to make the car happy I do have a 99 parts car but its also a Calif emissions car
