Sunroof is creaking, driving me crazy

When driving, my sunroof is making a creaking sound at random. When I push up on the glass the sound stops. Anyone have an idea as to what is actually making the noise?

Side note: I just put this sunroof assembly in as my original one was leaking water and also making the creaking sound. So I thought replacing it would fix both issues. It hasnt rained enough for me to know about it fixing the water leak, but it did not fix the creaking noise.

Thanks in advance for the help,
Matt

No, I didnt lube the rails. What should they be lubed with? A standard grease?

The glass is in good shape from the looks of it. Fitment was pretty snug and no rust issues.

what i use is a garage door and window spray that home depot sells. white can with yellow label, sells for about 6 bux. use it in my windows too when they get slow going up. can't remember the name, they'll know what i'm talking about if you go in.
