this has nothing to do wiht the 4gen maxima but i wanna know what all you guys that drive a 4thgen maxima do for a Job...so technically this thread belongs in this forum. so lets hear it guys/girls that do u do for a living???

 

i still think someones gonna lock this thread up. But at least i got in before the robot(i think Sprints losing it) I am an 18 yearold college student and i drive a 97 Maxima SE that i paid $8k of the $12,500 that i got it for, parents were nice enough to cover the rest of the costs.

 

I am 19 years old and work for the Department of Defense. I have a 96 GXE, only paid $8,000 for it.

 

I am 21 years old and I am an Architecture student at UC Berkeley and currently working as a Auto Claims Adjuster for AAA Insurance. I got my 97 maxima in October 1997 for $25,500 brand new off the lot.

 

I am 24. Work at a motorcycle dealership in Houston. This is my second max. Paid for both my self. 94 and 97

23, just graduated from RIT with a Computer Science degree, working for a small software company in Rochester, NY. Bought my first max (97 GXE) almost two years ago. Bought my second (99 SE) about 2 months ago, and sold the 97 GXE yesterday.

 

I'm a 20 yr. old college student at Hofstra University. I major in accounting and have a full scholarship to play baseball. My loaded grandmother bought me my 98 Maxima SE in June 1999 as a high school graduation present. She paid $19,500 for it cash. As soon as I graduate I'll be working in an accounting firm and will buy a new Maxima on my own.

You sold the 97 to your mom? Noticed in your sig you said the 97 is now your mom's car. If it's true, you going to ask your mom to race?

 

Yeah, I sold it to my mom. I don't think she's really the racing type though. Its still got the y-pipe one it (which is coming off sooner or later) so its still can get up and move.

I'm gonna try to convince her to let me take it to the track this summer and see what it can do stock.

 

Yeah, you do that! Wow, I wish I got a cool mom like that. My mom could never understand why I'm so into my car. Waste of time as she puts it. If you could convince your mom to at the very least try racing at the track once, that would be so cool. Maybe it's just me, but if my parents were into cars like me, I would be insanely happy!

I also do small side jobs in Web Design.

 

19, College student here. Just bought my 98 max se about a month ago for $8800. Wanted a second car. I have a 1994 pathfinder I bought in october of 1999 its to slow. I need something faster sometimes.

everyone replying in this thread is a newbie! lol im 20 college student and i work part time as a 411 operator... my father got me my 95 max 2 years ago.. it was only fair, he got my sister a car that was only a few years old.. and all the people who say people are spoiled and all that, if someone offered you a car im sure you would take it , i was shocked when my father said he was gonna get me a newer car
