yet another clutch bleed problem..

soo lately while driving my car, the clutch has had a spongy feeling to it and i would have pump my clutch to get the firm feeling to it.. until today.. when i finally said enoughs enough and decided to bleed the clutch n try to get the air out of it..

but FML..

i had my brother press down on the clutch and i attached a piece of clear tubing to the slave cylinder.. i then opened up the valve and NO FLUID WAS COMING OUT..then.. i went to the master cylinder drain valve n opened it up.. and ALSO NO FLUID WAS COMING OUT..

I then disconnected the steel line that connects to the master cylinder and i was assuming fluid was gonna start leaking out.. but again .. the reservoir stayed full..

im not a mechanic or anthing but im pretty sure i need a new master cylinder right? or no??

also.. should i change my clutch lines to just one stainless steel clutch line from the master cylinder to the slave?

thank you in advance..

Last year I bought a NCCL-201 Techna-Fit Clutch Conversion Kit - Complete from Slave to Master Cylinder for 95-01 Nissan Maxima I bought it from http://www.jscspeed.com/

Let me see if I can find some pictures.

Are you replacing the clutch master cylinder at the same time?
