happy birthday maxy!!!!

well, she made it!!!! 20 years old this month and i could'nt be happier with a car than i could with this one!!! never had a car more than 5 years before this and i've had maxy since 05. 264,000 on the clock and still one of the rarest colors i've ever seen for a max. 95 owners rejoice, your maxima made it to 20!!!! Well done man, thats alot of miles on yours, currently at 133k on mine.. urs 264k and probably still many more to go, body is good, interior is good and probably runs well, no need to get rid of your ride.

I'm curious what headlights u have? are they the stock ones with tint on em or somthin?

your ride is something to be proud of. enjoy it for many more years !

the lights josh are eagle eye ebay lights with painted corners and retro'ed with hid's and benz projectors.

was it repainted?? not all at once, no. fixed the rust and the paint as needed and polished da crap outta her on a daily basis. i had a body shop do all the repaint and rust repair which is why she still looks good. no maaco ever touched my max

I wish I can get mine looking like yours. Did you ever have to replace the dried up o-rings and valve cover gaskets?

What wheels do you have in the second picture?

Thanks

they are the te wheels off of an 03 max. still have them and i'm thinking about putting them back on in the spring. i did the valve seals and spark plug tube seals awhile back. still have a timing cover leak though.

You're not crazy. Me and Ptatohed wash our cars the same way, when possible. Soap it up, wash it, and walk away! Let mother nature do the rest.

c'mon now, car washes use 1 type of soap and it leaves a residue behind. i only use car wash when it's cold or the car gets super dirty. ( what would be clean for most car owners.) i use professional grade detailer and spray wax, saves me from going to the car wash. here's a pic today after the rain soaked wash and some spray wax to shine her up. took 10 minutes to do. If you were near by, I could fix your oil leak while you get a couple of mine shined up and ready to sell. I've got a two types of polishers and all kinds of Meguiars product to use.

I'm fixing to liquidate some Honda stuff.
