what is this metal "vibrate" cracking sound?

Starts at 0:39- throughout most of the video

the video above, you can hear a "metal" vibrating sound or so when he's driving.. the question is i have this sound on my car sometimes and would like to know cause on the video as this is the same exact sound it makes.

What causes that sound? I have a code for EGR and knock sensor at the moment, but i don't know if a cracked knock sensor would cause that sound in my guess?

have a project coming up and would like to fix up the things it currently has.

It sounds to me like the plastic parts of the dash or console are creaking/rubbing.

There is very little plastic behind the dash, the air ducts are about all. It is more likely the dash itself or the console. The dash and console are made of pieces that snap and screw together, so my guess is that something is loose.

Squeaks and rattles require time and patience to find and fix. When the sound occurs, start pressing and pulling on anything and everything you can.

Good advice. This has worked for me in the past.
