Won't Start After Jump

Okay. So I was stupid and left my lights on. My battery died and I had a friend come over to jump me. Once we hooked up the jumper cables the horn started blaring and finally stopped after about 5 minutes. We left the jumpers on for about 15 minutes. I turn the key and I have lights inside, radio, but the car won't turn over. No click or anything. I think it's the security system or something, but I need some help.

Put the key in the door lock cylinder, turn it to right once or twice, once you do this ur doors unlock from the outside and now the security system is disarmed, start the car now, this should be it
