5spd MT Passenger side Axle seal help needed asap plz!!

Any recommendations on how to get the pass side output shaft seal out of the trans?? It's a 5 spd manual. I have the cv axle out and can reach the seal with one hand but can't get any leverage to get the seal out.

Can I take off the shift rod and shift support rod and get to it from underneath? Do I need to take off the whole I-beam support that holds the motor and tranny mounts and get to it?

I searched and searched but there's not much info on getting to the seal and getting it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated..

If you are talking about the seal in the picture that is outside of the light that is shining through the transmission, I think I removed it by using a large screwdriver and popping it out. I don't remember having any problem removing it as I recall.

Here's a picture of someone removing the transmission seal on a 240sx. I use the same approach on the Maxima.

I agree with CS_AR. Like the 2nd photo shows, just pop it out with a screwdriver from underneath the car. I got mine out without any problems.
