Or any intake for that matter. Everyone talks about how their car feels with with an aftermarket intake, but has anyone gone through the trouble of doing before and after dynos or track runs. I think it is very easy to get fooled if your car 'sounds faster' with an aftermarket intake.

I saw the before and after dyno runs on the 'frankencar intake' for the 2k2, but I have not seen any for a fourth gen for any intake.

 

yea i agree with that, first of all an intake shouldnt add that noticeable of a gain, but sompin should be there a little bit. i made sure i wasnt jaded by the CAI sound, cuz i can notice that i def lost little bit of high end even though that is when the sound comes in. today i pick up my car with the y pipe and catback on it, i heard the y pipe takes care of the high end, ill keep u posted
