Oil leak, Valve cover? is it serious?

Nah the bulb shows up on ignition mode, and keep in mind I only drove twice and 10 mile trips in 2 days. So it dried up fairly quickly miles wise
My mechanic told me it was from the power wash they do and was raining pretty hard the whole week they were working on it so it got wet and moisture.. And should dry up and go away in 10-25 miles.. Fairly so it did go away now

Are you sure your mechanic replaced timing chain cover? That's big job by itself so all together with other things he did on your car, $800 is a great price you paid for the job, but why he replaced timing chain cover? Is it cracked or seal was no good causing oil leaks?

the timing chain was spitting oil into the back of the car, causing oil to be splattered everywhere when driving, the oil was leaking directly underneath the timing chain, well its only $800 cause the shop he has is a Very small shop so rent isn't that much for them.
Go to nice-end shop with high tech tools, pay $1500-2000 for same amount of work and able to finish the job quicker rather than I pay $800 for a cheap-end small shop for the exact job but will take a little longer.. overall well done job.
He had my car for 5 days, So Alot of work was done. I'm sure thats enough time to change timing chain covers/ both valve cover gaskets/new knock sensor/New oil/new oil pan.
The oil leak has stopped so thats all it matters. And I know that my family mechanic that has known him for 20years wont screw us over.. whatever he says the problem is, he will straight up tell us what it is and will replace the problem and fix other parts to pro-long the oil leak so that way it wont leak for years.....
Remember a trustworthy mechanic gets more business than a scum mechanic who lies and does horrible work gets less business.
His small shop has more cars and business than I ever see in a high-end repair shop. Some high end shop just care about paying the rent and trying to get the $, While this small shop has very small worries about rent and just are looking for good customer service as well as making good profit! and that comes with friendly and honest service to make good profit..
just how the mechanic world works
