Front Struts Buying Question

For my 1998 I30 I'm looking to buy new front struts including mounts+bearings and was considering the Monroe Quick Struts since it comes with everything...These work well for anyone? Also, I noticed that the product is now called Unity...is this the same exact thing or an inferior product?
Amazon.com: Unity 11432 Strut Assembly Right Front (Repl. Monroe 171682): Automotive Amazon.com: Unity 11432 Strut Assembly Right Front (Repl. Monroe 171682): Automotive

Or is Moog a better option?
Amazon.com: Moog ST8534L Complete Strut Assembly: Automotive Amazon.com: Moog ST8534L Complete Strut Assembly: Automotive

I'm more concerned about longevity and reliability than performance

Dude, do not go cheap on the struts! Unity is a cheap brand, it's not Monroe. Stay away from FCS and Sengen as well. Ask me how I know...
I have a '97 I30, and I replaced my struts 3 times before I got it right. Go Monroe Quick Struts (not Monroe economatic) the first time and your ride will be as close to stock as you can get. Actually a little firmer. The ride is good. Other cheap brands are just terrible. I've heard good things about the Moog struts, and their suspension parts in general, but have no first hand experience with them. In this instance, you truly get what you pay for!

Been running Monroe Quick Struts on all four corners for years without issue. Also they should have a lifetime warranty so if you did encounter an issue all you are out is your time to hang a replacement, which you would have to do any way.

I did all 4 with Moog 'Problem Solver" complete assemblies on my 99 SE last November. LOVE 'em!

Shop around. Should be able to do the front for $200 or so delivered. Very close to the original new ride.

MOnroe quickstruts are known to be good.

Moog complete strut assembly is a newer product with less reviews. But MOog is good brand in general.

Never heard of unity

I have 17" wheels with a mild 1.5"ish drop. Does it matter if your car is dropped or not when buying struts?

Should all four struts be changed out at the same time?

yes it does matter. Cheap or non-performance struts will not last long on a mild drop. Maybe a year. I have tokico HPs and with HR springs, been good for years.

You should change all four at a one time. Or u can change either both fronts or both rears.
