Re: i want urethane bushings

Check out www.energysuspension.com they make a few bushing for the Maxima. They are one of my sponosors, I have the front bushings in my car they made a difference. I installed the front sway bar bushings myself, my old bushings had ripped and fell off, the other bushings I had installed. The only ones I couldn't get in were for the arms because my guy didn't have enough time to get them in. They do have cons, it will make the steering wheel more sensitive, you'll feel alot more of the road. It will viberate a little but the performance is well worth it in my book. As far as cost, I'm not really sure, I would think aprox $50-70 for the set? Check their site. You can also check with Avalon Racing I think they sell them, www.avalonracing.net.

suspension.com they have the swaybar bushing $7.00
control arm bushing $28.00

great steering feel, more solid. The control arm bushing is
tough to put on. You have to cut off the old rubber busing
on the control arm, and torch off the other bushing on the
control arm.

Just curious. Why do you want to but something when you don't know what they are and what they do?

the control arm bushings go on the control arm. its the y shaped piece of metal that is attached to the lower part of your suspension.
after the install i did notice tighter steering and better control through cornering.
it is a biaoch to put in though.

Re: Hey Maxstilln

I thought that was your car. What were you doing up here? Anyway it looks ok, I can't wait to put all my stuff on it so I look at it and get upset that its not finished yet. That and I'm getting upset trying to sell my stuff, people say they want it and then when its time to pony up the cash they scater into the wind So I still have some stuff if you want any parts, I left the note on the car hoping to sell my stuff. Well anyway, I'll talk to you later man.

Why is the install so difficult? Can you give us some tips?
