Problems Clearing Tails

I removed my tailights and now I want to put it in the oven. I have a ?. Are there supposed to be any wires attached or was everything supposed to come off? I took out the bulbs but there are 2 white things with wires still attached to the back. Is this right or are they supposed to come off. I tried to take them off but they wouldn't come off. So is it safe to just put it in the oven with the wires? I'll post pictures in a few.

Thanks for your time.

Those come off, but they are a pain in the a$$. I forget how, but if you stick something just in the right place under them, they will slide off. Or just force them off.
