sylvania silverstars

has anyone installed the sylvania silverstars?? just wanna know if i should go buy them for 50 bucks, i had cheap ones and they blew on me, i wanna get a quality product, give me some feedback thaknks

I have them there are brighter than my piaas and light up the road better.
