Finally got a hold of Dallas, he said that he had just taken several days off from answering e-mails or the phone. It kinda sucks for me but I understand that he needs the time off. He is an extremelly nice guy and made sure that he took care of everything that I needed for my max. I just wanted to let everything know that everything was now back to normal for Warpspeed. And what you hear is right, their customer service is great from both Dan and Dallas.
