what could cause to for my max to have a high oil presure

How do you know it's high? Post some values at idle and running 2K RPM's Lets see what you've got.

 

What do you consider high? I run about 50 psi when the motor is run at full tilt. Cooler weather also contibutes to it. A heavy weight oil also can do it. How long has it been high, because if the motor has always been running normal, it is probably nothing to worry about. If it has gone up recently, then you should start to investigate. Also, the gauge you are using could be off too.

 

At idle it's about 15 psi. At 2000rpm it's should be around 55psi. At redline it could be as high as 80s or 90s.

 

Well put it this way, I have change the oil filer 2 time this month cause it has collapse from the inside.. tomorrow I will go get one from the dealer to see if it makes a diff.
