Lacking info in Stickies!

I was just curious as to why there's no How-to on replacing the Slave and Master Cylinders in the Stickies. For someone like me who has no problem fixing anything else on their car, Google can be overwhelming with misinformation, and there are only YouTube videos on changing the slave. What gives?

I believe no one has really made a thorough how to on it...I recently needed my master cylinder replaced and had a shop do it, mainly because of the multitude of threads that describes the bleeding proccess to be very tedious. Not difficuly but just tedious.

Well that's just poo......I replaced my master cylinder Sunday with only the guidance of fellow org member JvG and a few random on Facebook (Fakie, Luke95gxe and a fellow named Derrick). It's not terribly hard to do. I just don't understand why there isn't at least a YouTube video on it, or some instructional with photos.

face it, our cars are very old and are starting to disappear either rusting out or high mileage. my max is 21 years old and i've never owned a car 11+ years in my life.aftermarket is very slim compared to a few years ago as well. so how to's are starting to go by the wayside as well, good thing for good ol max.org.

Good point. Guess I was just disappointed. I don't have a repair manual and the fsm wasn't very informative either, so I tried here and YouTube and......nada lol

Granted I haven't looked it up, but what do you mean the FSM wasn't informative? Usually the FSM is pretty darn good.
