door jamb switches
Hello got a 99 se both of mine front door switches are not workin right to turn on the dome and button door lights... I can open both rear doors and it works fine ,so I know fuse is good...so can it be both switches are bad or maybe one of them are not connected right ? Or one is not a completed circuit...any suggestions :-):-):-)

It kind of sounds like you have 2 bad door switches. All the door switches are independent of each other, one does not run through another. They work by connecting the attached wire to chassis ground. I think the screw that holds the switch in is the ground connection.
But you can remove the switch and disconnect the wire and ground the wire to see if that will turn the dome light on. Assuming that the light will come on, then try cleaning the screw ans the switch where the screw clamps it down.

While I'm not familiar with our door switches, I have been able to save others.
First clean the contacts with fine sandpaper paper. Then look at how the switch actally operates.
The ones I have worked on have contacts which are operated by the plunger. There will be an electical contact in there. Chances are good that the contacts are corroded or oxidised. So use the fine sand paper and brake cleaner, sand the contacts till bright. Then the switch can be reinstalled. The spring should still be good. If the spring is bad, you need a new switch.
