Left turn signal stuck/No right turn

So today I decided to take a normal left turn...turning on my turn signal, and what do you know, ITS STUCK.. blinking all the time now.. I tried turning it off by the activating the hazard lights, but didn't work.. I can't even do a right turn signal cause the lever will not go up, only downwards...

Can I pull a fuse to stop it? how can i do that safely? what can I do so I don't look dumb on the road..but for now All I can do is put my hazards so it doesn't look obvious. good thing It turns off when the car is off, but the second I put it in ignition mode.. it starts blinking again.

I have been searching on the forums, saw potentially to be the lever switch? Also noticed that the lever seems pretty loose...sometimes my high-beams will come on if i have it at a certain angle.

I am sure this is a small fix.. So how much should the part be? how long will it take to dissemble the steering wheel to access behind it?

Left turn signal stuck/No right turn

Joshg dont worry very simple fix. You remove all 6 screws under the steering wheel cover. To get to the back 2 of the 6 screws you have to remove big panel under the steering wheel held in by 2 screws(where fuse panel sits in) There will be this steel/metal plate once you remove that its held in by 2 10mm screws remove that. Now you have access the back 2 screws. Remove the steering wheel cover gently top and bottom and cover where you insert your car key. Now you have access to the 2 phillip screws that hold in the stalk. Part should be no more than $60 used. All you need to do this job is literally a long screw driver.

This was an easy job, just what you said is what I had to do, The whole lever switch assembly was damaged and loose, replaced with a working one $50 from junkyard, works just like before, Also How do i activate the high beams? on my old one it was so loose that it was easy to turn on the high beams.

Push the blinker switch forward it will lock in high beams go back to you unlocks and if you pull back from the beginning you can hold the switch by the wheel and keep them on manually
