Found some bulbs that work in our gauge cluster and wanted to share with you guys. I myself couldn't find much info on the background lighting through a decent search on the forum so I hope this helps some people in the future.


Obviously these bulbs are easy to find and are not oem. I'm unsure of what type of bulb were supposed to have but these work for my 97. There were little blue covers on the oem bulbs that I reused on these. I believe they're to prevent the bulbs from directly burning the cluster:

You didn't search well enough. You can purchase #74 LEDs for the factory sockets.
