Cowl Plate Removal? what holds it in?

Cowl Plate Removal? what holds it in?
I want to remover the cowl plate to clean out the junk... what holds it down? I looked but I don't see anything aside from the wipers. Is there anything else holding it in there? Anything to know when pulling it?
